Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia per calendar month; Clinic plans are priced per veterinarian. Billing recurs monthly or annually depending on the period you choose; you can cancel anytime under “Plans & billing” in the app or by writing to tech@vetaidiagnostics.pro — access stays open until the end of the paid period. Prices are final and no VAT is added: the provider is a group 3 single-tax payer. The free trial is 7 days or 20 interpretations, whichever comes first, once per clinic. Service terms are in the Public Offer; refunds follow the Refund Policy. Promotional and partner prices apply to the published plans via a promo code on the terms of the respective promotion (size, duration and validity are stated in its description and in your account), do not stack, and are not recalculated on refunds. Individual terms for clinic networks are set out in a separate contract (Offer, cl. 2.2). One promo code per clinic; re-registering a clinic to reuse a code is not permitted.
